My name is Rylee. I am a devoted mother of three, and I have recently spent two-and-a-half years working full time outside of the home. In those years, I struggled to find the best care for my precious babies. I put my name on waiting lists to no avail. I visited centers that were cold and clinical or disorganized and smelled bad. I hired nannies only to have them quit a week later. The stress of having uncertain or inferior care weighed heavily on me and affected every aspect of my life. It was apparent that having quality, reliable care for my children had a huge impact on my life and the lives of my family.

During the brief periods in which I was not worried about the care my children were receiving, I was more productive at work and happier at home. The kids were happier, and the time we had together as a family was made all the more enjoyable. My tumultuous experiences searching for care juxtaposed with the actual experience of having good care for my children taught me the enormous value of quality child care. I gradually came to realize that a career change was in my future.

My goal at Growing Up Roses is to help families like mine be successful by providing the best child care experience possible.

At Growing Up Roses your children will receive attentive and devoted care in a safe and stimulating environment. It is my belief that children are whole, autonomous beings and should be treated and spoken to with respect. The children at Growing Up Roses are given the opportunity to learn from open ended play and close interactions with other children and adults. Children thrive when they are connected to their caregivers and their surroundings. I want to foster the best possible environment for rapidly growing minds by forming meaningful and long-term connections with your children and your family.
